What is a fee credit?
Sometimes we give a store a fee credit, a dollar amount that pays our fee on your sales. While you have credit left, you keep the money that would have gone to Merch.link.
How is it used?
Each sale uses up credit equal to our fee on that sale, until the credit runs out. Buyers' prices don't change. Printing, shipping and card processing are still paid as usual.
Where can I see it?
The price selector in the generator shows how much credit is left (Fee credit: $X remaining), your dashboard does too, and each order's breakdown shows how much credit it used. We'll email you when a credit is added and when it runs out.
Credits have no cash value, can expire, and can't be transferred.
