These terms cover your use of merch.link and any purchase you make from a store on it. Merch.link is operated by [Legal entity name] (“Merch.link”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Merch.link
You must be at least 13 years old to use the site, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to place an order. If you're under that age, a parent or guardian must place the order.
2. Who you're buying from
Stores on Merch.link are run by independent artists, bands and creators (“sellers”), who create the designs and set the prices. Merch.link is the seller of record for every order: we take your payment, have the item printed, ship it to you, and handle support, refunds and sales tax.
3. Orders and prices
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and are set by each store. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout.
- Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order, for example if an item is no longer available, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
- We currently ship within the 50 US states and Washington, DC only.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your full card number. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Every item is printed to order. Our Shipping and Returns & refunds pages explain delivery times, what happens if something is wrong with your order, and how to cancel. They are part of these terms.
6. Designs and content
Designs belong to the sellers who made them or to their licensors. Buying an item gives you the item, not any rights to the design. Don't copy designs or site content except as the law allows. If you believe a design infringes your rights, see our Content & DMCA policy.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no fraud, scraping that overloads the site, attempts to break security, or using the site to break the law. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is”. Colors and print placement can vary slightly from what you see on screen. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Merch.link isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing-law state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to fix the problem.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows when. Changes apply to orders placed after that date.
