How each sale splits

Your fans pay the price you set, plus shipping and any sales tax. From the price, we take out three things, and the rest is your profit:

  • Merch.link fee: 20% of the price.
  • Printing: what our print partner charges for that product and size.
  • Card processing: 2.9% + $0.30 per order.

Example

Shirt price you set$25.00
Merch.link fee (20%)−$5.00
Printing (example)−$9.00
Card processing−$1.03
Your profit per sale$9.97

Printing costs vary by product, color and size. When you design merch, the price selector shows your exact breakdown before you publish. Prices go up to $50.00, and the selector won't let you set a price that leaves you less than $1.00 profit.

Fee credits

Sometimes we give a store a fee credit. While it lasts, it pays our fee on your sales, so you keep that money too. Your dashboard shows how much is left.

Getting paid

  • Choose Stripe or PayPal in your account settings.
  • We pay out monthly once your balance reaches $25.00. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
  • Stripe or PayPal may charge a small transfer fee, which comes out of the payout.
  • PayPal payouts need a W-9 on file.

If our fee changes

We'll email you before any change. Your prices stay the same, and past orders never change.
