Signing in
Sign in with your email address and password. If you had a Merch.link account before, your password hasn't changed: use the one you always have.
You stay signed in on that browser for two weeks, and every visit in between starts the two weeks again.
One sign-in for your store
Your store lives at yourname.merch.link. When you sign in on merch.link you are also signed in on your store, so you see your store's edit tools there. After signing in, we take you straight to your store.
To sign out, open the menu and choose Sign out. That signs you out on every device.
Forgot your password?
Choose Lost your password? on the sign-in page and enter your email address. We'll email you a link to choose a new password. The link works for 6 hours and only once.
If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, and make sure you typed the address you signed up with.
Changing your email or password
Open the menu and choose Account, then Edit Account.
- Password: type a new one twice. Passwords are 8 to 72 characters. Leave both boxes blank to keep the one you have.
- Email: type the new address and save. We send a link to the new address, and your email changes once you open it.
