How long will my order take?
Every item is printed just for you. Printing usually takes 3–5 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after that. Busy seasons and carrier delays can add a few days.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the 50 US states and Washington, DC only.
How do I track my order?
We email you when your order ships. The link in your order confirmation email opens your order page, which shows the tracking number and status.
My tracking hasn't moved
Tracking can take a day or two to update after the label is created. If it hasn't changed for a week, contact us with your order number.
