Can I cancel my order?
Orders go to print quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us right away with your order number. We can cancel and fully refund any order that hasn't started printing. Once printing has started, the order can't be cancelled.
Can I change my size, color or address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change an order that hasn't started printing. If the shipping address was wrong and the order has already shipped, we can reship once the correct address is confirmed. A new shipping charge may apply.
