Finding your order
Your order confirmation email links to your order page. You can also look up an order with your order number and the email you used at checkout. Keep the link private: anyone who has it can see your order and shipping address.
Order status
- Quoted: checkout started but wasn't paid.
- Paid: your payment went through and the order is on its way to print.
- Ordered and Validated: our print partner has your order.
- Printing: your items are being printed.
- Shipped: it's on its way. The tracking number appears under the status, linked for USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx.
- Delivered: the carrier says it arrived.
- Error: we couldn't send the order to print. You're refunded in full automatically.
- Cancelled: the order was cancelled and refunded.
What you paid
The invoice lists each item, then the subtotal, shipping, any sales tax and the total.

Press Get help with this order at the bottom of the page. The contact form opens with your order number and the store filled in.
