Can I return or exchange an item?
Every item is printed to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size or color. Please check the sizes before you order.
Something's wrong with my order
If your item arrived misprinted, damaged or defective, or you got the wrong item or size, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send your order number and photos of the item and its label. We'll send a free replacement, or refund the item if you prefer.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5–10 business days.
